Pritchard, who is a certified NAMS surveyor and a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), has worked in the marine industry for 35 years in numerous capacities. Before founding North American Marine Consultants, LLC, he was chief operating officer for 10 years at Merrill Marine Services. Weber, who was formerly a corporate finance officer, has a bachelor of finance and masters in business administration degrees and is an ASA certified appraiser.
Russell E. Perry, founder of the R.E. Perry Company, an industrial and maritime real estate brokerage and advisory firm, earned a significant professional reputation for his expertise in providing these services for maritime properties.
